Hui Bo Cloud Communication Announcement: The company plans to purchase 67.91% of the shares of Bao De Computer Systems Co., Ltd. through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. The parties involved in this transaction include 59 shareholders of Bao De Computer Systems Co., Ltd., such as Leshan High-tech Investment Development Co., Ltd. The subscribers of the supporting funds include Yu Hao, the actual controller of the listed company, and Beijing Shen Hui Holdings Co., Ltd. controlled by him, as well as the strategic investor Changjiang Industrial Investment Group Co., Ltd. After the completion of the transaction, Bao De Computer Systems Co., Ltd. will become a subsidiary of Hui Bo Cloud Communication.
