Weili Announcement: The company plans to sign an equity transfer agreement with Chengfa Environmental, transferring 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Dunhua Zhongneng Environmental Protection Electric Power Co., Ltd., at a transfer price of 100 million yuan. In addition, the counterparty is required to bear all the shareholder loans that Dunhua Zhongneng should repay to the company as of the stock delivery date, totaling approximately 223 million yuan, with the final amount subject to the Transitional Period Audit Report. The transaction consideration is composed of the above two parts, totaling approximately 323 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, Dunhua Zhongneng will no longer be included in Weili's consolidated financial statements.
