The weekly number of second-hand houses recorded has been showing a continuous upward trend, with the number exceeding 1500 houses per week. According to public data on the number of second-hand houses for sale, as of May 19, 2025, there are a total of 71,687 valid second-hand houses for sale in the city, which is a decrease of 145 houses from the previous week. Among them, Longgang district decreased by 144 houses from the previous week with 18,456 houses for sale, Baoan district increased by 59 houses from the previous week with 13,105 houses for sale, and Luohu district decreased by 24 houses from the previous week with 9,258 houses for sale.
