The loan will mature on November 22, 2024, with 5 million yuan already repaid and the remaining 274 million yuan unpaid. On January 22, 2025, Ganzhou Bank filed a civil lawsuit against the company with Ganzhou Intermediate People's Court, involving the company's failure to repay the total amount of 274 million yuan of Ganzhou Bank loan.
