Shanghai Xinyang announced that the company plans to use its own funds to participate in the establishment of an equity investment fund initiated by CSKY Venture Capital. The fund is named Ju Yuan Qi Xin Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, with a total subscribed capital of 800 million yuan. The company, as a limited partner, will subscribe for 30 million yuan, accounting for 3.75% of the total subscribed capital. The partnership will focus on investing in private equity or venture capital sub-funds specializing in the fields of semiconductors, integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, new materials, advanced manufacturing, etc., established, invested, or managed by general partners, management companies or their affiliates, or collective investment vehicles formed to achieve these purposes.
