At the 2025 Global Investors Conference held by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shen Li, Managing Director and Head of Onshore Equity Business at Morgan Stanley, stated that the progress of the China-US trade negotiations exceeded expectations, helping to boost the risk appetite of international investors. At the Morgan Stanley China BEST Conference, more than 80% of investors indicated a possibility of increasing their investment exposure to Chinese stocks in the near term. He believes that the valuation attractiveness of the Chinese market remains significant. Overseas investors generally have a positive outlook on companies in the technology or artificial intelligence research and development, new consumer, and high-end manufacturing sectors, and are starting to actively position themselves in these areas.
