According to an interview video released by the Russian All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company on the 18th local time, when asked about "what kind of special military action results Russia needs", Putin stated that Russia currently has enough strength and means to advance the special military action that started in 2022 to a reasonable conclusion that meets Russia's needs. Putin believes that the results that need to be achieved in Russia's special military action include: 1) eliminating the root causes of the crisis; 2) creating conditions for lasting stability and peace; 3) ensuring the security of the Russian state; 4) safeguarding the rights of people who consider Russian their mother tongue and Russia their homeland.
