Zhuo Shengwei announced that the company's actual controller and their concerted parties, Xu Zhihan, FENG CHENHUI, and YI GEBING, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 5,345,475 shares, or 1.00% of the company's total share capital, within three months from the date of the announcement disclosure fifteen trading days later, through centralized bidding and/or block trading methods. The reason for the reduction is personal financial needs.
