Romania holds second round of voting for presidential elections

The second round of voting for the Romanian presidential election will be held on the 18th, with the President of the Romanian People's Union Party, George Simion, and independent candidate and Mayor of Bucharest, Nicuor Dan, competing for the presidency. Voting will begin at 7am and end at 9pm on the same day. Nearly 18 million voters nationwide will vote at 18,979 polling stations on the mainland and 965 overseas polling stations. Polling agencies will release exit poll results immediately after voting ends.
