According to relevant departments in Yulin, Guangxi, on the morning of May 17, there were heavy rainfall in some townships in Beiliu City, Yulin, including the town of Dalun experiencing flooding. After verification by reporters, it was confirmed that one resident in Dalun Town was swept away by the flood. The local government promptly conducted a search and has found the missing resident, but unfortunately, there were no signs of life. Starting at 9:30 am on the 17th, Yulin initiated a level four emergency response for flood prevention, focusing on preventing secondary disasters such as flash floods, debris flows, and urban waterlogging caused by heavy rainfall in some areas of Beiliu City and southern Rongxian County.
