Compute power internet test network construction officially launched.

On the 17th, the 2025 World Telecommunication and Information Society Day commemorative event and the 160th anniversary celebration of the International Telecommunication Union were held in Nanchang, Jiangxi. During the event, China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology officially launched the construction of the Computing Power Internet trial network. Wang Zhiqin, vice president of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, introduced that the Computing Power Internet is a specific practice to implement the key task requirements of the country to accelerate the formation of a national integrated computing power system and promote the high-quality development and efficiency improvement of China's computing power industry and accelerate the cultivation of new productive forces. The construction and operation of the Computing Power Internet trial network will continuously optimize the layout of national computing power resources, support technological innovation in fields such as artificial intelligence, promote the deep integration of digital economy and real economy, and inject new momentum into China's high-quality development.
