China Resources Microelectronics: The construction of the Runxin Microelectronics epitaxial production base has been completed.

On May 16th, the Celebration of the GaN Billion Chip and the Inauguration Ceremony of the Epitaxial Production Base of China Resources Microelectronics was held in Dalian. At the event, the company held a celebration for the successful shipment of 1 billion GaN chips, and celebrated the inauguration of the epitaxial production base. The construction of the new microelectronics epitaxial production base took only 9 months from approval to completion, and its construction is a key milestone in China Resources Microelectronics' GaN production line layout.
