KaiNeng Health plans to acquire 7 million shares of YuanNeng Group to standardize the cross-shareholding situation of the participating shareholders.

On the evening of May 16th, Kungong Health announced that it plans to acquire 7 million shares of original energy group held by Original Energy Health for 22.89 million yuan. After this acquisition is completed, Kungong Health's ownership stake in the Original Energy Group will increase from 42.4136% to 43.6956%. Original Energy Group will remain a joint-stock company of Kungong Health.
