The Ministry of Commerce issues the "Third Batch of Best Practice Cases of National Service Industry Expansion and Opening-up Comprehensive Pilot Demonstration Construction"
The comprehensive pilot demonstration of expanding the opening up of the national service industry is a major initiative of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council to promote high-level opening up to the outside world, and it undertakes the important task of accumulating replicable and promotable experiences for the opening up of the national service industry. In order to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, together with the pilot demonstration provinces and cities and relevant departments, has recently issued the "Third Batch of Best Practices in the Construction of National Service Industry Comprehensive Opening-up Pilot Demonstration Cases", promoting a group of innovative measures that are exemplary, practical, and receive positive responses from market entities nationwide, providing reference for the opening up of the service industry and the development of modern service industry in various regions.
This batch of innovative measures includes 11 cases in three aspects: the construction of industrial ecological systems, international cooperation and regional coordination, and institutional and mechanism innovation. They reflect the synergistic opening up and integrated innovation in key industries such as culture, technology, and health care in the pilot demonstration provinces and cities, open cooperation in facilitating digital trade, international data channels, regional coordination innovation in cross-regional logistics, medical integration, and advancing the development of offshore trade, streamlined registration for foreign-funded enterprises, green leasing evaluation mechanisms and incentive mechanisms, as well as online judicial dispute resolution through "digitalization" etc., pioneering in these areas.
Next, the Ministry of Commerce will continue to summarize the innovative achievements of the pilot demonstration work in collaboration with localities and relevant departments, extract typical cases and development experiences, strengthen replication and promotion, and lead and drive the high-quality development of the national service industry.
