Based on the 11th resolution, the board of directors recommends amending the articles of association, including the formal abolition of the supervisory board and empowering the audit committee to exercise the powers of the supervisory board. As the 11th resolution has been formally passed as a special resolution, the abolition of the supervisory board will take immediate effect.
