Cloud Wisdom Technology (01037.HK) entered into a stock transfer agreement with Shenzhen Hongzhen Enterprise Management Consulting.

Wisdom Financial News App: Yunzhihui Technology (01037.HK) announced that on May 16, 2025 (after trading hours), the transferor Yunzhihui (Shenzhen) High-tech Technology Service Co., Ltd. (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the transferee Shenzhen Hongzhen Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (an independent third party) entered into (i) Equity Transfer Agreement I, whereby the transferor agreed to sell and the transferee agreed to purchase 2.34% of the equity of the joint venture company for a price of RMB 1.6723 million; and (ii) Equity Transfer Agreement II, whereby the transferor agreed to sell and the transferee agreed to purchase 16.41% of the equity of the joint venture company for a price of RMB 11.7277 million. As of the date of this announcement, the joint venture company is owned 18.75% by the transferor.
