Rongsheng Development: Shareholders pledge 43.9467 million shares.

Announcement from Rongsheng Development: The controlling shareholder of the company, Rongsheng Holdings, and the concerted action person Rongsheng Venture Capital have pledged their 43.9467 million shares to Hebei Zhonghongkaisheng Investment Co., Ltd., accounting for 100% of their holdings and 1.01% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge started on May 14, 2025, and will expire from the date of application for release of the pledge. This pledge is used for guarantee. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Rongsheng Holdings and its concerted action person have cumulatively pledged a total of 1.523 billion shares, accounting for 90.36% of their holdings and 35.03% of the total share capital of the company.
