The main reason for the decrease is the drop in per capita consumption, while the increase in the number of tourists has partially offset the impact. The total expenditure of staying tourists (153.8 billion) decreased by 6.4% annually, while the expenditure of non-overnight tourists (42.4 billion) increased by 8.4%.
