Yunda Holdings announced on the evening of May 16th that recently, the company's controlling shareholder, Shanghai Luojiesi, has obtained a "Loan Commitment Letter" from the China Bank Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Branch. The China Bank Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Branch has promised to provide loan support for Shanghai Luojiesi to increase its shareholding in the company, with a loan amount not exceeding 180 million yuan; a loan term not exceeding 3 years; and a loan ratio not exceeding 90%.
