Guanghui Energy: Guanghui Group reduces its shareholding in the company by 15.03%

Guanghui Energy announced that Guanghui Group transferred a total of 6.39 billion shares and 3.38 billion shares of Guanghui Energy to Fude Life Insurance and Fude Financial Group through agreement transfer, totaling 9.76 billion shares of unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 15.03% of Guanghui Energy's total share capital. After this equity change, Guanghui Group holds 13.03 billion shares of unrestricted circulating shares of Guanghui Energy, accounting for 20.06% of Guanghui Energy's total share capital. This equity change will not result in a change of control shareholder or actual controller of Guanghui Energy.
