On Friday (May 16th), the Magnificent 7 index of US technology stocks rose by 0.36% to 161.88 points, with a cumulative increase of 8.67% for the week. Tesla closed up by 2.09%, Google A by 1.34%, Nvidia by 0.35%, Microsoft by 0.25%, Amazon by 0.19%, but Apple fell by 0.09% and Meta Platforms fell by 0.55%. In addition, Lilly closed up by 3.5%, AMD by 1.89%, with a cumulative increase of 13.93% for the week and rising for four consecutive weeks. Berkshire Hathaway's Class B shares, owned by Buffett, rose by 1.38%, while TSMC ADR remained unchanged, with a cumulative increase of 10.03% for the week.
