Guangdong: Encourage provincial governments, state-owned enterprises to participate in the shareholding of national-level funds.

The General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province recently issued the "Action Plan for Further Promoting High-Quality Development of Entrepreneurial Investment in Guangdong Province", which proposed to actively seek more investment from national-level funds such as the National Emerging Industry Entrepreneurial Investment Guidance Fund, the National Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development Fund, and the National Fund for Guiding the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Guangdong Province. In addition, it suggested establishing subsidiary funds and conducting direct investment in Guangdong Province. It also encourages governments at all levels in the province and state-owned enterprises to participate in national-level funds.
