Zhitong Finance and Economics APP News, Chendian International (600969.SH) announced that the company plans to acquire the equity of the project subsidiary of Chenzhou Huajun New Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huajun New Energy") through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Chendian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. On May 16, 2025, the company reached a strategic cooperation intention with Huajun New Energy and signed a "Cooperation Framework Agreement". Both parties will carry out strategic cooperation focusing on centralized wind power projects based on their respective advantageous resources.
