The Ministry of Justice has issued answers to questions regarding the regulation of special actions on administrative law enforcement involving enterprises: The key focus of regulating special actions on administrative law enforcement involving enterprises is to rectify prominent issues related to enterprise law enforcement that are strongly reflected by enterprises and the public. These issues are also the key content of the concentrated rectification work of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervision Commission. Special actions and concentrated rectification are closely related, but each has its own emphasis. In the process of advancing special work, it is necessary to coordinate with the same-level discipline inspection and supervision departments, establish a working coordination mechanism, unify data reporting standards, and ensure smooth channels for transferring clues. Disorderly fees mainly include: setting up fee-charging projects in violation of regulations; charging fees outside the prescribed scope, objects, and standards; failing to implement policies for reducing fees such as cancellation, suspension, exemption, or reduction; using administrative functions or monopolistic positions to designate services, force services, charge intermediary service fees, or charge fees without providing services; illegally transferring matters within the government's scope of responsibility to public institutions or intermediary organizations and charging fees for them.
