On the evening of May 16, Zhongmin Energy announced that the controlling shareholder's concerted action person, Fujian Huaxing Emerging Entrepreneurship Investment Co., Ltd., which holds 0.28% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.3254 million shares of the company through centralized bidding and block trading, which is not more than 0.28% of the total share capital of the company.
