(hereinafter referred to as "China Duty Free Group"), Guangzhou Guangbai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangbai Co., Ltd."), and Guangzhou Lingnan Group Holding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lingnan Holdings"). The proposed establishment of Duty-Free Products (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to final approval by the market supervision and management department, hereinafter referred to as "New Company") operates the duty-free shop related business in Guangzhou City. The registered capital of the new company is 45 million yuan, of which the company plans to invest 4.5 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 10% of the registered capital of the new company.
