Baiyun Airport: Proposes to establish a duty-free company jointly with China Duty Free Group and others with an investment of 4.5 million yuan.

Baiyun Airport announced that the company plans to jointly invest with China Duty Free Group, Guangzhou Guangbai Group Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Lingnan Group Holdings Co., Ltd. to establish China Duty Free Shop Co., Ltd., operating related businesses of duty-free shops in Guangzhou city. The newly established company has a registered capital of 45 million yuan, with Baiyun Airport contributing 4.5 million yuan, accounting for 10% of the total.
