The Wise Wealth APP reports that TradeLink (00536.HK) announced that Mr. Zhou Dexi has resigned as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit and governance committee and the investment committee of the board of directors, effective after the conclusion of the 2025 shareholders' annual meeting.
