Sanwa Construction Group (03822) announces Profit-pleasing Expected annual performance turning a loss into a profit compared to the same period last year, with a minimum of HK$10 million profit.

Update from the Finance and Economics App, Sanhe Construction Group (03822) announced that the group is expected to achieve a profit of not less than HK$10 million for the year ending March 31, 2025, compared to a loss of approximately HK$29 million last year. This expected profit is attributed to a significant increase in construction contract revenue to not less than HK$850 million for the current year, mainly due to the Kai Tak Public Housing (2024) and Lantau Island projects. The expected profit has already been deducted from the provision for impairment of trade receivables and retention money mentioned in the company's recent interim report.
