China Telecom: Appoints Huang Zhiyong as the company's Executive Vice President

China Telecom announced on May 16th that the company will hold the 20th meeting of the eighth board of directors on May 16, 2025. The board approved the "Proposal on Appointing the Executive Vice President of the Company" and agreed to appoint Huang Zhiyong as the Executive Vice President of the company. His term of office will be from the date of the board's approval until the company's annual shareholder meeting in 2025 when the company convenes in 2026.
