China Telecom: Appoints Liu Guiqing as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company

China Telecom announced on May 16 that the board of directors has approved the appointment of Liu Guiqing as the company's President and Chief Operating Officer. He will no longer serve as the company's Executive Vice President, and his term will start from the date of this board meeting until the company's annual shareholder meeting in 2025, held in 2026.
