Jinlv Environment Announcement: The company has signed the "Investment Cooperation Agreement for New Energy Special Vehicles and Intelligent Equipment Industrial Base Project" with the Zhonglou High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Jiangsu Province. The total planned investment is 1 billion RMB, to be implemented in two phases, with the first phase being 500 million RMB. The project is located on the south side of the land plot in Endufa, with an expected construction period of 24 months and a total construction area of 80,000 square meters, including production workshops, office areas, and warehouse areas. It is expected to start construction by the end of December 2025. The project company will carry out project planning, design, and construction work in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, handle relevant procedures in accordance with the law, and meet the requirements of environmental protection, safety production, fire protection, civil defense, energy consumption, seismic, meteorological, traffic, and other related requirements.
