DHL e-commerce and Anrui Logistics merger to become the largest package delivery platform in the UK.

Evri announced today that it has reached a strategic merger agreement with DHL eCommerce UK. Once the new merged company receives approval from the UK regulatory authorities, it will have the capability to handle over 1 billion parcels and 1 billion pieces of commercial mail annually, becoming the largest parcel delivery platform in the UK market. Anna Fu, General Manager of Anrit Logistics Greater China, stated that they will continue to increase their investment in the Chinese market. The merger will enhance the small parcel express service capabilities for China's exports to the UK and Europe, reducing unit logistics costs through economies of scale and providing Chinese cross-border e-commerce sellers with more competitive prices.
