Zhtng Cijng APP News, Zhu Hng Kngg (01865.HK) announced that on May 15, 2025, investors (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Pengao Green Energy New Energy (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd.) entered into a capital injection agreement with the target shareholders (Central Asia Equity Investment Fund Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.) and the target company (Xie Xinye Industrial Park Management (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.). According to this agreement, the investors have conditionally agreed to subscribe to the registered capital of the target company at a subscription price of RMB 40 million.
