New Wufeng announced on the evening of May 15th that the company plans to establish a joint venture with France's Coperlix Group to carry out collaborative breeding projects. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 80 million yuan, with New Wufeng contributing 40.8 million yuan in monetary investment, accounting for 51% of the registered capital, and Coperlix contributing 39.2 million yuan in monetary investment, accounting for 49% of the registered capital. The joint venture between New Wufeng and Coperlix will focus on resource integration and technological synergy, leveraging New Wufeng's existing modern pig breeding base for deep cooperation. After the establishment of the joint venture company, the plan is to lease and operate a pig breeding base with 4,800 sows, a fattening farm with 16,000 pigs, and a breeding base with 8,000 reserves.
