Zhtng cijng APP news, Xn Wfng (600975.SH) issued an announcement that the company intends to establish a joint venture company, Hnn Wfng L Xn Y Zhnggngs, with Kpl Xn to carry out collaborative breeding projects. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 80 million yuan, with Xn Wfng contributing 40.8 million yuan in monetary capital, accounting for 51% of the registered capital, and Kpl Xn contributing 39.2 million yuan in monetary capital, accounting for 49% of the registered capital. The company and Kpl Xn have established a joint venture company to carry out collaborative breeding projects with resource integration and technological synergy as the core, relying on Xn Wfng's existing modern breeding base for pigs to conduct in-depth cooperation. After the establishment of the joint venture company, the plan is to lease and operate a pig breeding base with 4,800 sows, a fattening farm with 16,000 pigs, and a reserve breeding base with 8,000 pigs.
