Shanghai Zhida Technology Port's IPO has been submitted to and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

On May 15th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice on the filing of the overseas issuance and listing of Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd., as well as the "full circulation" of unlisted shares in China. Zhida Technology is a leading global electric vehicle home charging and charging robot enterprise. At the same time, Zhida has established and continues to develop green digital energy solutions and charging robot AI algorithms. Zhida is accelerating its global expansion, with business operations in more than twenty countries and regions worldwide, and manufacturing bases established in key overseas countries.
