According to the Securities Times App, on May 15th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice about the overseas issuance and listing as well as the full circulation of shares of Zhou Lefu Jewelry Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 145,173,700 ordinary shares for overseas listing and to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
