Shengbella Port's IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a notice of overseas issuance and listing filing for SAINT BELLA Inc. The company has received the materials for the overseas issuance and listing filing submitted by its domestic operating entity Hangzhou Beikang Health Technology Group Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 191,666,667 shares of overseas listed common stock and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
