Lutianhua announced on the evening of May 15 that Luzhou Development Group increased its holdings of the company's stock by a total of 15.9557 million shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange system from December 26, 2024 to May 14, 2025 through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 1.02% of the total share capital, reaching a multiple of 1%. The current increase plan has not been completed, and Luzhou Development Group will continue to implement the increase plan.
