Vico International Holdings Limited (03393.HK) proposes to appoint Jiang Xinjian as an independent non-executive director.

The Zhitong Finance APP News reported that Wei Sheng Holdings (03393.HK) has announced that Luan Wenpeng has informed the company of his plan to retire at the shareholders' annual meeting in order to have more time to focus on other work, and therefore he will not seek re-election. As a result, Mr. Luan retired as an independent non-executive director at the end of the shareholders' annual meeting.
