The China Securities Regulatory Commission issued the "Regulations on the Supervision of Fundraising by Listed Companies", urging intermediary agencies to fulfill their duties. Firstly, in cases where significant changes occur in fundraising investment projects, the sponsoring institution should express its opinion, explain the reasons and the reasonableness of the previous recommendations. Secondly, strengthen the continuous supervision responsibility of the sponsoring institution, stipulating that the sponsoring institution should timely conduct on-site inspections, and should promptly and actively report any abnormal fundraising situations to the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange. Thirdly, clarify the connection mechanism with relevant laws and responsibilities, promote the diligence and responsibility of intermediary agencies.
