Beijing Capital Airport Corporation (00694.HK) intends to acquire assets for the construction of the capital airport's west runway renovation project.

Ding Xun from Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Beijing Capital Airport Company Limited (00694.HK) announced that on May 15, 2025, the company entered into an asset transfer agreement with its parent company. The company conditionally agreed to acquire certain assets, and the parent company conditionally agreed to sell the target assets, for a total consideration of RMB 327 million (adjustable).
