("Yihua Group"), regarding the "Notice of Increasing Holdings of Shares of Hubei Yihua Chemical Co., Ltd.". Yihua Group plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares with its own funds within 6 months starting from May 19, 2025. The intended amount of this planned share acquisition is not less than 2 billion yuan and not more than 4 billion yuan.
