The China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch signed a cooperation memorandum with the International Magnesium Association.

According to the news from the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch, the 82nd World Magnesium Conference was held by the International Magnesium Association in Salzburg, Austria from May 11th to 13th. Sun Qian, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch, attended the meeting. On the morning of the 12th, Sun Qian was invited to participate in a roundtable meeting on magnesium supply and demand, where participants discussed points of demand growth for magnesium, carbon emission optimization, capacity improvement, supply and price stability, and other topics. At noon on the 12th, Sun Qian, on behalf of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association Magnesium Branch, officially signed a memorandum of cooperation with the International Magnesium Association. Next, the two parties will strengthen practical cooperation in areas such as information exchange and dissemination, stable supply and pricing, promoting technological progress, and expanding application scale, in order to drive the global magnesium industry chain to grow stronger and larger.
