Everbright Bank: $6 billion medium-term note plan has taken effect.

Guangfa Bank announced that its $6 billion medium-term note program has been submitted to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Bonds under this program will be listed for issuance only to professional investors for a period of 12 months starting from May 14, 2025. The program became effective on May 15, 2025.
