According to the Tianyancha App, recently, GAC Group GAC Motor Co., Ltd. has undergone a business change, with Feng Xingya stepping down as the legal representative and chairman, and He Xianqing taking over, while some executives have also undergone changes. The company was established in July 2008 with a registered capital of approximately 16.01 billion yuan. Its business scope includes electric vehicle manufacturing, automobile parts and accessories manufacturing, new car sales, wholesale and retail of automobile parts and accessories, and enterprise management. It is wholly owned by GAC Group.
