CSRC holds the 2025 "5.15 National Investor Protection Awareness Day" event

On May 15th, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) held the "515 National Investor Protection Day" event in Beijing for the year 2025. On the day of the event, the Supreme People's Court and the CSRC jointly released the "Guiding Opinions on Strict and Impartial Law Enforcement to Safeguard the High-Quality Development of the Capital Market". The CSRC and related departments focused on releasing the "Regulations on the Supervision of Funds Raised by Listed Companies" and other self-regulatory business rules closely related to investor protection, as well as important measures and innovative examples of investor protection mechanisms. The "CSRC Enforcement Overview for 2024" was also released, providing a comprehensive overview of the CSRC's enforcement activities in 2024. At the same time, the CSRC's various units, along with local financial regulatory authorities, public security and judicial agencies, organized various forms of investor protection promotional and educational activities nationwide to promote capital market policies and regulations, investor protection measures, and investment knowledge in order to help investors enhance risk awareness and self-protection capabilities.
