Fitch Ratings: assigns expected "BBB+(EXP)" rating to the proposed issuance of senior unsecured notes by China Everbright Bank's Hong Kong branch

On May 14, Fitch Ratings assigned a "BBB+ (EXP)" expected rating to the long-term senior unsecured notes to be issued by China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Everbright Bank" 06818.HK, BBB+ / Stable / bb-). The proposed notes issuance will be conducted by China Everbright Bank Hong Kong Branch under its $6 billion Medium Term Note (MTN) program.
