China National Pharmaceutical Group: Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies have never been authorized to carry out project investments or collaboration promotions in the name of "member companies of China National Pharmaceutical Group".

China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation (Sinopharm) issued a statement regarding the "Sinopharm Heaven Valley Intelligent Valley" project, stating that recently, Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. was found to have impersonated Sinopharm Group to promote the project and engage in cooperation and exchange with local governments. Upon investigation, it was found that Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Sinopharm Medicinal Materials Co., Ltd. The Medicinal Materials Company and its affiliated enterprises have been involved in multiple legal disputes, including incidents of defaulting on payments to construction units and even rural collective enterprises. Previously, Sinopharm Group and Sinopharm Chinese Medicine have issued several clarifications stating that they are not associated with the actions of the Medicinal Materials Company and its affiliated enterprises. In response to this, Sinopharm Group solemnly declares once again: Sinopharm Group has never authorized Guangzhou Guojian Capital Management Co., Ltd. or Medicinal Materials Company and its affiliated enterprises to conduct any form of project investment or cooperation promotion in the name of "China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation," "China National Pharmaceutical Group," "Sinopharm Group," or "Sinopharm Group member companies." For actions that impersonate Sinopharm Group and damage its reputation, Sinopharm Group reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility.
